What is the Wunderground Bar + Kitchen?
A space for all the punks and rebels of Absurd City to hang out, compare notes, and enjoy this themed bar & kitchen - inspired by our Grassroots movement - the Wunderground!
So grab a booth in our U-Bahn, check out our seasonal food and drink menus, and compare notes as to how punk or rebel you really are!
Our Wunderground Principles
RESIST · RECONNECT · REUNITE
In Absurd City, the Wunderground are a resistance movement, punks and rebels whose eyes are open to the truth. They see Absurd City's oppressive and unsustainable systems, and they're fighting back.
What better way to celebrate them than to give our bar and kitchen their name? Somewhere to resist, reconnect and reunite.
As a B Corp, we're selective about the suppliers we work with and the food and drink we serve. Our offering is meat-free, with a focus on sustainable and, where possible, local sourcing.
We've also introduced a circular economy, where selected products such as used coffee granules are collected and repurposed into products sold in The Exchange, our take on a gift shop.
Our Partners
Here are just some of our partners, chosen for their alignment with our values, as well as tasting awesome. If you would like to become a food or drink partner contact us.
Fire + Fly · Bears Ice Cream · Burella · Amamus Coffee · Toast Brewing · Karma Drinks · PIP Organic · Dalston's · Cano Water
